PonnoRadar is an independent shopping intelligence and comparison tool. PonnoRadar is not a retailer, merchant, marketplace, distributor, or payment gateway.

• We do not hold inventory, sell physical goods, process financial transactions, or handle courier shipping.
• When you click an offer, deal, or store link, you are redirected to the independent third-party merchant's external website (such as Star Tech, Ryans Computers, Pickaboo, or Apple Gadgets).
• Any purchase contract, order confirmation, product warranty, return or refund policy is established exclusively between you and the respective third-party retailer.

Electronics and retail prices in Bangladesh are highly volatile and subject to immediate revision by retailers due to currency fluctuations, flash sales, inventory depletion, or merchant human error.

• While PonnoRadar strives to maintain high data accuracy and updates records multiple times daily, we cannot and do not guarantee that any merchant will honor an expired, mistyped, or historical price displayed on our platform.
• Always verify the final checkout price, warranty terms, and shipping fees directly on the merchant's website before submitting payment.
• PonnoRadar is not liable for cancelled orders, price changes occurring between crawl cycles, or stock availability discrepancies on merchant sites.

Our 1.0 to 10.0 Discount Score, "Buy Now" recommendations, and historical graphs represent algorithmic statistical analyses of past price trends. They do not constitute financial, investment, or commercial purchasing advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating your purchasing decisions.

If you create an account on PonnoRadar, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current email information for receiving legitimate alert notifications.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and restrict unauthorized access.
• Refrain from using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest PonnoRadar's aggregated historical price database or overwhelm our API without prior authorization.
• Refrain from submitting malicious, abusive, or fake product links through the product submission or discrepancy reporting forms.

The PonnoRadar brand name, logos, website layout, algorithms, and original software code are the intellectual property of PonnoRadar.

All third-party store names (e.g. Star Tech, Ryans, TechLand, Pickaboo, Apple Gadgets), product images, trademarks, and logos displayed on this site are the property of their respective trademark holders. They are displayed strictly for nominative fair-use purposes to identify products and retail outlets for consumer comparison.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PonnoRadar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use of or inability to use our services.
• Delays or failures in delivering price drop alerts.
• Any transaction, merchant failure, defective product, warranty dispute, or delivery issue arising from an external retailer.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
